Yes, I know it really isn't a prop, but one of the projects I decided to tackle for the '08 season was a way to better protect my audio/visual equipment from the elements; mainly, rain. After a close call last year, I didn't want to take the chance that my 700 watt home stereo receiver was going to take a shower. Aside from a little early protection from rain, the cabinet would allow me to run the music the way I would prefer, from my laptop, instead of from a bunch of CD's set to random play. My plan is to next year purchase an inexpensive amp and mixer to place in the cabinet instead of my home stereo. That way, I can also use my wireless microphone that I purchased last year to yell at the kids when they start doing stuff that is against the rules. Besides, yanking that stereo out of the entertainment center in the living room is getting to be a fairly big pain in the butt! If I can find some free/cheap VCR's I also plan to house them in there for video recording from my night vision cameras.
